SOP and Medical Licensure Conference
July 29th-31st, we will be hosting a scope of practice and medical licensure conference in Portland, OR. This event is sponsored and co-hosted by the Institute for Humane Studies and Arkansas Center for Research in Economics. We are excited for this collaboration of academic researchers, graduate students, policy professionals, and legislators.
Workshop Series
Every month, we organize a one-hour workshop series for researchers and policymakers to present their manuscripts and gain valuable feedback from their peers. Each meeting includes one academic research presentation and one policy presentation.
Interdisciplinary
This group contains participants from many different types of academic departments. From economics to law, from nursing to pharmacology, we provide this space for interdisciplinary researchers to connect and collaborate.
Reference Material
We are compiling a list of references for scope of practice peer-reviewed journal articles, policy briefs, and op-eds as a resource for researchers and legislators. If you would like your publications added, please email them to Dr. Alicia Plemmons.
